Terms and Conditions for the Soldo Fuel Cards Campaign

Promoter:

Soldo Software Ltd, (company No. 09233754), registered address 119 Marylebone Road, C/O WeWork, London NW1 5PU, England (“Soldo” or “Promoter”).

What is meant by “Participant” or “You”:  Participant is (i) someone who has never had a Soldo account, (ii) has landed on the Soldo Fuel Cards Campaign page on the Soldo website (https://www.soldo.com/en-gb/fuel-cards/) via a relevant search keyword; (iii) and has decided to register on Soldo and subscribe to the Soldo Pro Plan.

Eligibility:  

This invitation is valid only to legal residents of Italy, United Kingdom and other EEA countries covered by Soldo’s services who are eighteen (18) or older at the time of Entry. Participation constitutes the Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these T&Cs and the Promoter’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Soldo Fuel Cards Campaign.

How to participate: 

To participate in the Soldo Fuel Cards Campaign, the Participant must register on the Soldo website and subscribe to the Soldo Pro Plan through the Soldo Fuel Cards Campaign page on the Soldo website.

The Participant’s Information: 

All personal data shared by the Participant will be collected and processed in accordance with Soldo’s privacy statement available at: https://www.soldo.com/en-gb/privacy-policies/

By entering the Soldo Fuel Cards Campaign, the Participant acknowledges and accepts that the personal data shared by them may be used in other materials related to the Soldo Fuel Cards Campaign; this includes but is not limited to case studies that could be published on Soldo’s website, as well as other print and online media. No personal information will be made public without the Participant’s prior knowledge or approval.

The Promoter is not responsible for any incomplete or incorrect Entry that will prevent the Participant from being included in the Soldo Fuel Cards Campaign.

Timing:   

Submission of entries opens on  2nd October 2023 (“Opening Date”). Entries received by the Promoter before the Opening Date will not be accepted. Soldo reserves the right to modify or suspend the Soldo Fuel Cards Campaign at any moment and for any reason, at its sole discretion.

Soldo Fuel Cards Campaign Rules:

• Soldo offers new clients the opportunity to subscribe to the Pro Plan with a 50% discount for the first 12 months of service (“Discount”).
• This offer is available to Soldo new customers only. This means you must never have had a Soldo account.
• The Discount applies only to the first 12 months of service.
• After the initial 12 months, Soldo will apply the standard list price at the time on a monthly basis.
• The Discount will be applied monthly, reducing the standard monthly fee by 50%.
• The Soldo Fuel Cards Campaign cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount unless explicitly stated.
• The Discount applies only on Pro Plans subscribed through the Soldo Fuel Cards Campaign page on the Soldo website.
• Discount applies to Soldo’s software fees and not to Soldo’s fees for financial services.
• Standard Soldo eligibility criteria apply.

General Conditions:  

By participating, you agree:   

1. to abide by these T&Cs and decisions of Soldo, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to the Soldo Fuel Cards Campaign.

   

2. to release, discharge and hold harmless Soldo, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the foregoing (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from your participation in the Soldo Fuel Cards Campaign or any related activity.

   

3. not to release any publicity or other materials on your own or through someone else regarding participation in the Soldo Fuel Cards Campaign without the prior consent of Soldo.

    

4. that Released Parties are not responsible for any errors or difficulties of any kind or otherwise relating to the Soldo Fuel Cards Campaign, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Soldo Fuel Cards Campaign.

Governing Law/Jurisdiction:  

All issues and questions concerning these T&Cs or the rights and obligations of participants or Soldo in connection with the Soldo Fuel Cards Campaign shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without giving any effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.  Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.  

Severability:

If any provision(s) of these T&Cs are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
