Who is your expense report software and app designed for?

What ‘default’ roles are available when using your expense reporting software?

Soldo is designed to give everyone in your organisation the permissions and functions they need to do their job. You can assign different roles, including:

  • Employee: Prepaid card users with access to some reporting capabilities.
  • Accountant: Full access to reporting functions, configurations and integrations with accounting software.
  • Manager: Access to the web console dashboard and the ability to transfer from one company wallet to another, as well as some reporting and configuration functions.
  • Admin: Access to all of the above, excluding configuring permissions.
  • Super Admin: Everything authorised including permissions for all other users.
Will my company money and data be safe with Soldo?

Always. Our expense reporting software and app are designed to never put your company money at risk. Here’s how:

  • Your funds are always kept completely separate from our own and safeguarded under UK Electronic Money Regulations 2011. They’re held in protected accounts hosted by leading banks that we only access to execute transactions ordered by you.
  • We take privacy and data protection seriously. Your individual and company data will never be shared with an external entity unless required by legal obligations.
  • Soldo company cards are issued by Mastercard® and can be frozen or cancelled instantly from the web or mobile app. Along with security features like 3D Secure and multi-factor authentication, you’ll always be in control of your money – even if a card has been lost or stolen.
