Terms and Conditions for Soldo Bonus Campaign

The Promoter:

Soldo Software Ltd, (company No. 09233754), registered address 119 Marylebone Road, C/O WeWork, London NW1 5PU, England (“Soldo”).

What is meant by “Participant” or “You”:  the Participant is who (i) has received an email from Soldo with the invitation to participate in Soldo’s activation incentive campaign (“Soldo Bonus Campaign”) and (ii) has decided to participate in the Soldo Bonus Campaign.

Eligibility:  

This invitation is valid only to legal residents of Italy, England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland (i) who are eighteen (18) or older at the time of Entry, (ii) who have received an email from Soldo with the invitation to participate in the Soldo Bonus Campaign and (iii) have decided to register on the Soldo website and to open a Soldo account.

Participation constitutes the Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these T&Cs and the Promoter’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Soldo Bonus Campaign.

How to participate: 

In order to participate in the Soldo Bonus Campaign, the Participant must register on the Soldo website and open a Soldo account (“Entry”). 

The Participant’s Information: 

All personal data shared by the Participant will be collected and processed in accordance with Soldo’s privacy statement available at: https://www.soldo.com/en-eu/privacy-policies/

By entering the Soldo Bonus Campaign, the Participant acknowledges and accepts that the personal data shared by them may be used in other materials related to the Soldo Bonus Campaign; this includes but is not limited to case studies that could be published on Soldo’s website, as well as other print and online media. No personal information will be made public without the Participant’s prior knowledge or approval.

The Promoter is not responsible for any incomplete or incorrect Entry that will prevent the Participant from being included in the Soldo Bonus Campaign.

Timing:   

Submission of entries opens on 26 September 2023 (“Opening Date”).  Entries received by the Promoter before the Opening Date will not be accepted. Soldo reserves the right to modify or suspend the Soldo Bonus Campaign at any time and for any reason, at its sole discretion.

Soldo Bonus Campaign Rules:

If You spend at least £200 with your Soldo card by 30 November 2023, (the “Purchase”), you will receive a £200 reward (the “Reward”) by 31 December 2023. The Purchase must happen through physical or online point-of-sale, or through the payment of your Soldo fees (monthly fee, card issuance, etc.) but not by withdrawing or transferring funds.

If you meet the above conditions required to obtain the Reward, you will receive the Reward by 31 December 2023. The Reward will be given as a credit to your Soldo account. Rewards are only eligible for spending on your Soldo card and cannot be used for ATM withdrawals and/or bank transfers.

Participants can only receive the Reward once. Soldo reserves the right to refuse the issue of any Reward if the Participant is not in compliance with these T&Cs. Soldo reserves the right to vary any and all elements of these T&Cs and of the Soldo Bonus Campaign at any time without prior notice.

The Soldo Bonus Campaign cannot be used in conjunction with any other Soldo offer.

Standard Soldo eligibility criteria apply, no reward will be given if you do not meet the criteria to open a Soldo account.

General Conditions:  

By participating, You agree:   

1. to abide by these T&Cs and decisions of Soldo, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to the Soldo Bonus Campaign;
2. to release, discharge, and do not hold responsible Soldo, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the foregoing (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from your participation in the Soldo Bonus Campaign or any related activity. 
3. not to release any publicity or other materials on your own or through someone else regarding participation in the Soldo Bonus Campaign without the prior consent of Soldo. 
4. that Released Parties are not responsible for any errors or difficulties of any kind or otherwise relating to the Soldo Bonus Campaign, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Soldo Bonus Campaign.

Governing Law/Jurisdiction:  

All issues and questions concerning these T&Cs or the rights and obligations of the Participant or Soldo in connection with the Soldo Bonus Campaign shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without giving any effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.  Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.  

Severability: If any provision(s) of these T&Cs are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
